Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $12.50 AUD (free shipping on orders over $200)

• Express Shipping: Flat rate of $17.50 AUD

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
