At Ucuuba, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our beauty products, handcrafted hats, and jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Due to hygiene reasons, beauty products and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

• The return meets the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Beauty products used (including skincare, haircare, and cosmetics)

• Earrings and other pierced jewelry

• Gift cards and sale items

How to Request a Return or Refund

• Email us at support@ucuubastore.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

• We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange, refund, or store credit accordingly.
